Our project management team is experienced and proactive. By incorporating a hands-on approach, we only commit to a maximum of four projects at any one time, which guarantees our full attention is paid to quality, cost and schedule.
We guarantee a smooth and efficient management style, where a dedicated project manager directs a project from concept to completion. Entrusted with the assignment of design collaboration and team assembly, each PM also provides planning, budgeting and value engineering.

Santa Barbara Construction is known for incorporating many leading tools of the trades into our process. From laser level technology to accounting systems we ensure our clients only the best. Our most recent upgrade of budgeting and scheduling software called Procore combines all project material with our master accounting system for an integrated resolution. We are able to estimate and then track projects at the most finite level for complete efficiency and accuracy giving our clients a supeior product.
